We wish to inform you of an important change regarding the management of the Scheme. Michael Burgess has decided to step down from his role as Trustee. We are pleased to announce that ndapt, represented by Pin-Nee Tang, will be taking over this responsibility.
While Michael will no longer be involved in governing the Scheme, he will continue to be available as a point of contact for Trustees, ensuring a smooth transition and continuity of experience.

Statement of Investment Principles and Implementation Statement
The Statement of Investment Principles (SIP) sets out the Scheme's investment strategy, including the investment objectives and investment policies.
The Implementation Statement is prepared by the trustees to explain how they have acted in line with the stewardship and engagement policies in the Statement of Investment Principles during the year.

The Trustees are required to prepare an annual Trustee Report and Accounts.
