We wish to inform you of an important change regarding the management of the Scheme. With effect from 30 September 2025, David Everitt has stepped down from his role as Member-Nominated Trustee (MNT). Brett Griffiths and ndapt trustee ltd (represented by Pin-Nee Tang) remain as Trustees to the Scheme.
In August 2025, the Trustees ran an MNT nomination process inviting members of the Scheme to nominate a replacement for David, but it was unsuccessful. As such, the Trustees would consider repeating the process in due course. If you are a member of the Scheme and are interested in becoming an MNT, we would like to hear from you.
Statement of Investment Principles and Implementation Statement
The Statement of Investment Principles (SIP) sets out the Scheme's investment strategy, including the investment objectives and investment policies.
The Implementation Statement is prepared by the trustees to explain how they have acted in line with the stewardship and engagement policies in the Statement of Investment Principles during the year.
Trustee Report and Accounts
The Trustees are required to prepare an annual Trustee Report and Accounts.

Summary Funding Statement
The Summary Funding Statement is issued to Scheme members and beneficiaries to provide an update on Scheme developments including details on the Scheme's funding position.
