The Statement of Investment Principles (SIP) sets out the Scheme's investment strategy, including the investment objectives and investment policies.
The Implementation Statement is prepared by the trustees to explain how they have acted in line with the stewardship and engagement policies in the Statement of Investment Principles during the year.

Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure (“IDRP”)
Where a person with an interest in a pension scheme isn’t satisfied with any matter relating to the scheme, they have the right to ask for that matter to be reviewed.
The trustees have implemented a formal Internal Dispute Resolution Procedure (“IDRP”) for this purpose.
